Default | Fire | Psychic | Dirt | Dark Featured Warstory:..:: PatTar vs. Nardd ::..PatTar's Point of View
PatTar's Team: nardd's Team: We send out our first pokemon, a beautiful flower, and a beastly fat thing.... pat-tar sent out Roserade (Roserade ?). nardd sent out Hariyama (Hariyama ?). My shiny Roserade stares Hariyama straight in the eye, unsure what to expect from its beefy opponent. I order it to use a swift leaf storm, and see what happens. Roserade used Leaf Storm. Hariyama lost 95% of its health. Roserade's special attack was harshly lowered. Hariyama used Knock Off. Hariyama knocked off foe Roserade's Choice Scarf! Roserade lost 13% of its health. Hariyama's leftovers restored its health a little! Hariyama restored 6% of its health. And my Rose? scarf is ripped (well, knocked) straight from her neck! Knock Off! I should've seen that coming. Oh well, i guess i should at least try to finish it off with my new found move freedom. nardd switched in Scizor (Scizor ?). Roserade used Sludge Bomb. It doesn't affect Scizor... Or not... I've been seeing a lot of scizor lately. That overgrown metal bug has been really annoying me. All of them have been running the same baton pass set also. Is this particular scizor on the BP Bandwagon? Either way, my gyarados should be able to handle any move Scizor throws at it, so I promptly switch in the giant sea pat-tar switched in Gyarados (Gyarados ?). Gyarados's intimidate cut Scizor's attack! Scizor used Agility. Scizor's speed was sharply raised. Hmm Agility It might be a passer, it might not. It could be the Agility + QA set. I take my chances hoping that it doesn't baton pass, and order Gyarados to use Taunt. Scizor used Swords Dance. Scizor's attack was sharply raised. Gyarados used Taunt. Scizor fell for the taunt! He probably wasn? expecting taunt, I guess. Although it is standard. Maybe he thought I had Ice Fang instead? Still not sure if he's just being a greedy baton passing mantis thing, or using some sort of sweeping set. Scizor used X-Scissor. It's not very effective... Gyarados lost 22% of its health. Gyarados used Dragon Dance. Gyarados's attack was raised. Gyarados's speed was raised. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. At this point I? pretty sure it? a Baton Passer, because well, what would his 4th move be? Iron Head? Brick Break? Idk, I just had the feeling that attacking wasn? it? job. Since he was still taunted, I continue to Dragon Dance. nardd switched in Gyarados (Gyarados ?). Gyarados's intimidate cut Gyarados's attack! Gyarados used Dragon Dance. Gyarados's attack was raised. Gyarados's speed was raised. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. Ah, another Gyarados. I chuckle on the inside, knowing that I have the perfect move for it, which should do a hefty amount of damage with 2 Dragon Dances under my belt. Gyarados used Stone Edge. It's super effective! Gyarados lost 85% of its health. Gyarados used Ice Fang. Gyarados lost 17% of its health. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. Ahahaha finally! I was hoping for a time that Stone Edge gyarados would come in handy! Although, even without SE, I woulda (shoulda) beaten his Gyrados anyway, thanks to DD. nardd switched in Hariyama (Hariyama ?). Gyarados used Stone Edge. It's not very effective... Hariyama lost 17% of its health. nardd's Hariyama fainted. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. 6-5, PatTar Nardd made an attempt here to save his gyarados from death by cannibalism, only to have his Beefy Sumo Wrestler KOed. From here down, it? pretty much my Gyrarados sweeping his team. nardd switched in Skarmory (Skarmory ?). Gyarados used Taunt. Skarmory fell for the taunt! Skarmory used Whirlwind. Skarmory can't use Whirlwind after the taunt! Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. Did he forget that I had taunt? Or was he hoping I would forget to use it? Either way, I made his giant metal bird by the name of Skarmory nigh useless. Or did I? Gyarados used Dragon Dance. Gyarados's attack was raised. Gyarados's speed was raised. Skarmory used Drill Peck. Gyarados lost 21% of its health. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. Yea I think I did. Gyarados used Waterfall. A critical hit! Skarmory lost 82% of its health. Skarmory used Drill Peck. Gyarados lost 21% of its health. Skarmory's taunt wore off! Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. I guess the CH helped me here, though, at the time, I didn? think I would?e needed it. I decide to finish it off with another Waterfall. Gyarados used Waterfall. Skarmory lost 46% of its health. nardd's Skarmory fainted. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. 6-4, PatTar Skarmory? gone. Yay! Spikes really hurt my team, as I have no spinner, so I? glad that it wasn? able to lay them down, because that could?e cost me the game. Nardd sends out his Landshark in an attempt to finish off my Giant Sea nardd switched in Garchomp (Garchomp ?). Gyarados used Waterfall. Garchomp lost 79% of its health. Garchomp used Outrage. Garchomp went on a rampage! Gyarados lost 63% of its health. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. At this point, my Gyara is pretty low on health. If Skarmory had gotten another Drill Peck on me, I woulda been dead. Or if he had Stealth Rock down. Thankfully, neither happened, and my gyarados was free to finish off Garchomp. Gyarados used Waterfall. Garchomp lost 72% of its health. nardd's Garchomp fainted. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. 6-3, PatTar And with that, nardd? Landshark with rage issues is out of the battle. nardd switched in Scizor (Scizor ?). Gyarados used Waterfall. A critical hit! Scizor lost 119% of its health. nardd's Scizor fainted. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. 6-2, PatTar Thank god for the Critical Hit there, I wouldn? have KOed Scizor without it. I?e been having pretty good luck this battle, unlike most of my others. nardd: how embarassing this is pat-tar: it's ok! nardd switched in Gyarados (Gyarados ?). Gyarados's intimidate cut Gyarados's attack! pat-tar: i'm toying around with TauntStoneEdgeGyara and it's working pretty well so far. pat-tar: but watch this stone edge miss. nardd: i'd say I pray that my prediction doesn? come true Gyarados used Stone Edge. It's super effective! Gyarados lost 80% of its health. nardd's Gyarados fainted. Gyarados's leftovers restored its health a little! Gyarados restored 6% of its health. 6-1, PatTar Prayer works! pat-tar: nevermind nardd switched in Porygonz (Porygonz). Gyarados used Waterfall. Porygonz lost 83% of its health. Porygonz used Tri Attack. Gyarados lost 54% of its health. pat-tar's Gyarados fainted. 5-1, PatTar I didn? expect PZ to live through that watery hit. Then, I remembered that nardd? gyara had just intimidated me. But alas, I need not worry! I have 5 other team members to take this Dubious Duck (?) out of my hair, and win me the battle! pat-tar: :O nardd: please don't have a ghost pat-tar switched in Jirachi (Jirachi). nardd: or that pat-tar: lol. Porygonz used Tri Attack. It's not very effective... A critical hit! Jirachi lost 56% of its health. Jirachi is paralysed! It may be unable to move! Jirachi used Psychic. Porygonz lost 46% of its health. nardd's Porygonz fainted. 5-0, PatTar pat-tar wins! Some last minute hax was used there! It? okay though, I still won! Gyarados had won me another match, Good game nardd! Props: - Stone Edge gyarados for being AWESOME again. - Nardd for not being prepared for it! - Nardd for a good game! Slops: - The rest of my team pretty much did nothing, save Jirachi. - It was a short battle. - Me not predicting Knock Off, not that it mattered. |
