Splash pages are the pages that you see on a site before actually entering the site. They are useful for linking to your forums, posting legal or layout information, and just because they look kind of nice. They often use Image Mapping, which is when you link to several places on one image, using coordinates.

All you have to do is replace where it says "SITE URL HERE" with your site's URL, replace "FORUM URL HERE" with the URL of your forums, and replace "TOPSITE URL HERE" with the URL of your topsites. Then you have your splash! I didn't put credits to myself in the image, so you MUST supply credits to me and/or Tengan Stadium somewhere on your site.
