..:: Ruby & Sapphire: Elite 4 ::..

Hopefully, this guide will help you to beat the Elite 4 in Ruby & Sapphire. It'll give each Elite's specialty type, their Pokemon, and what level the Pokemon are at.

Sydney

Sydney specializes in Dark type Pokemon. However, many of his Pokemon are dual typed. So, either let that hinder you, or use it to your advantage. If you chose Blaziken as your starter, then you should have no problem. Just watch out for his Sharpedo.
Mightyena: [Dark], Level 46
Shiftry: [Dark / Grass], Level 48
Sharpedo: [Dark / Water], Level 48
Cacturne: [Dark / Grass], Level 46
Absol: [Dark], Level 49

Phoebe

Phoebe is just this weird islander girl that uses Ghost types. If you even joke about using normal or fighting moves on them I will kill you over the internet. Sableye has no weaknesses, but it doesn't have the best defenses either, so just hit it hard with whatever you have.
Dusclops: [Ghost], Level 51
Dusclops: [Ghost], Level 49
Banette: [Ghost], Level 49
Banette: [Ghost], Level 49
Sableye: [Ghost / Dark], Level 50

Glacia

Glacia is this one blond chick that has taken a liking to Ice types. Ugghh, Blaziken, again, should fair pretty well here, but her Sealeo and Walrein will definitely cause it problems. Catching a Machoke or Hariyama in Victory Road and leveling it up a bit isn't a bad idea for use in this fight.
Sealeo: [Water / Ice], Level 50
Sealeo: [Water / Ice], Level 52
Walrein: [Water / Ice], Level 53
Glalie: [Ice], Level 50
Glalie: [Ice], Level 52

Drake

Like many Elites in the past, Drake specializes in Dragon type Pokemon. A good Bulky Water with Ice Beam (Like Swampert, or Walrein) should be able to dispose of him with little trouble.
Shelgon: [Dragon], Level 52
Salamence: [Dragon / Flying], Level 55
Flygon: [Dragon / Ground], Level 53
Flygon: [Dragon / Ground], Level 53
Altaria: [Dragon / Flying], Level 54

Champion Steven

Steven is that one guy with the gray hair that you keep bumping into. Turns out he's the Champion. Go figure. He likes Steel and Rock types. Again, Blaziken will shine here, as both his Fighting and Fire moves are effective on his Pokemon. A good water type should be able to take care of Claydol and Armaldo.
Skarmory: [Steel / Flying], Level 57
Metagross: [Steel / Psychic], Level 58
Cradily: [Grass / Rock], Level 56
Armaldo: [Bug / Rock], Level 56
Claydol: [Ground / Psychic], Level 55

Err... That's it! Hope this helped.
