..:: Cloning in Emerald Version ::..

WARNING: When cloning, there is a chance that the pokemon you are trying to clone will be lost. Yea, and if it does get lost, don't try to blame it on me.

In Emerald Version, a glitch was found that allowed you to clone pokemon. The clone would turn out EXACTLY as the original pokemon, IVs, Nature, EVs, and all. To clone a pokemon in Emerald, follow these steps:

  • Save in front of the PC in the Battle Tower.
  • Deposit the pokemon you want to clone in an empty box.
  • Leave the PC and save again.
  • Go to the PC one more time and withdraw the pokemon you want to clone, the one that's in an empty box.
  • Talk to the lady on the far right, and she will ask you to join a Multi Battle.
  • Select Yes and choose any two pokemon.
  • When she asks if you want to save, select Yes.
  • If everything so far has been done correctly, the game will wait about one second before doing anything else.
  • It doesnt matter what you do from her, the One Second wait was the glitch taking place.
  • Turn off your game, and now the cloned pokemon is both in the PC and in your party.

This is 100% Verified to work, and is a really cool trick to clone things like Master Balls, and Rare Candies.
