..:: Pal Park ::..

What exactly is Pal Park?
Pal Park is a building on Route 221 where you can transfer 6 Pokemon, every 24 hours, from the GBA Games (RSE, FRLG). You cannot bring your pokemon back to the GBA games, however, so your transferred pokemon will be in Diamond/Pearls forever. Once the pokemon are transferred, you will be able to go inside the park and search for them. You will be given 6 Park Balls (with a 100% capture rate), and you are to look for them until you find them, and then catch them. Finding them isn't hard, just look everywher in the park, which is fairly small, and you'll find them eventually.

How do i transfer the Pokemon to Diamond/Pearl?
After defeating the Elite 4 and completing the National Dex, Pal Park will open for business. If you have a GBA cartridge inserted into your DS, then a new option will appear on the Title Screen called "Migrate From *insert GBA game here*". Choose that option, and select the 6 Pokemon you want to migrate. Note that it CANNOT be less than 6 Pokemon and CANNOT be more than 6 Pokemon. In addition, you can only transfer Pokemon once every 24 hours. After they are transferred, simply go to Pal Park, and search for them.

Can I leave the Pal Park without catching all six of my Pokemon?
Yes, but if you haven't caught all 6 of your pokemon and retire, any Pokemon that you have caught will be sent back to Pal Park and you'll have to catch them all over again at another time.

Is there a time limit?
No, however there is a point system. The faster you catch your Pokemon, the more points you get. These points will get you various berries. The higher your score, the rarer the berry.

Are there any Pokemon that can only be obtained via Pal Park?
Yes, the following Pokemon can only be obtained through Pal Park:

That's basically all you need to know about Pal Park!
