After beating Cyrus at the top of Mt. Coronet (the Sky Pillar), you will get a chance to fight Dialga/Palkia, depending on the version of the game you have. Dialga for Diamond, and Palkia for Pearl. Be sure to save before you fight it. it will be at level 47.

Azelf, Mesprit, & Uxie

After you fight Dialga / Palkia at the Spear Pillar, Azelf, Mesprit and uxie will wait for you at there respective lakes. Azelf will be at Lake Valor, and Uxie at Lake Acuity, both ready for battle. However, when you find Mesprit at Lake Verity, it runs from you and you have to find it. It will appear in random places, but you can find it's exact location by using your Marking Map Poketech App.

Giratina

A new extension will appear on route 214. This wil take you to another lake, called Sendoff Spring. There is a cave in the lake called Turnback Cave. Go inside, make your way through the foggy maze, and you'll find Giratina.

Regigigas

Transfer the 3 Regi's (Rock, Ice & Steel) from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, to Diamond / Pearl. With the 3 Regi's in your party, go to Snowpoint Teample. Regigigas will be waiting for you at the bottom.

Heatran

After Buck (the guy who accompanies you at Stark mountain) takes the Magma Stone from Stark Mountain, go to the Survival Area and you'll find him in one of the houses. Talk to him and he'll say something about the Volcano acting up, so he puts the Magma Stone back to calm down the mountain. Go back to the room where Buck found the Magma Stone, and a Level 70 Heatran will be waiting for you.

Cresselia

Go to Sailor Edrich's house in Canalave City. Talk to the little boy, and he will say something about the Darkness watching him. Go outside the house and talk to the Sailor by the boat. He will take you to Fullmoon island where you will see Cresselia. Talk to it, and it will run away. Like Mesprit, you must find it using your Marking Map Poketech App. It will be at level 50.

Manaphy

In "Pokemon Ranger", there will be a special mission in which you will recieve a Manaphy egg. With a second DS, you can transfer the egg over to your copy of Diamond / Pearl.
